To stay true to this brand promise, Community First invested in redesigning its credit and debit cards. Our novel approach and diverse team, including a luxury interior designer and a former Citibank executive, delivered new card designs aligned with the strategy while delighting the members. As a result, market research showed an 85% approval of the new debit card design.
With new cards in hand, CFCU launched a new initiative to reach its business clientele by tapping market research and developing new products. Our website design, brochure, and direct mail elevated local businesses and shared personal success stories of Community First’s members.
To increase response across all marketing channels, we introduced a new brand design for the marketing team, including a refreshed corporate identity, standards for marketing collateral, website, and digital media.
