The challenge: The marketing team at Baptist Health recognizes the importance of connecting patients to their network of hospitals, clinics, and providers. However, due to technical constraints, the old website offered a subpar user experience, making it necessary to modernize it.
How we solved it: Upgrading an outdated healthcare website infrastructure can attract new patients and enhance patient outcomes by meeting patients’ needs in terms of location and preferred communication channels. Over the course of 3 years, HDco implemented a new website strategy and design touching every department in the Baptist Health network.
The outcome: The new website design, development, and architecture have expanded the reach of Baptist Health’s services, enhanced usability, and search engine optimization. Although the results are measurable, the human aspect of the story truly motivates us.
