Upgrading an outdated healthcare website infrastructure can attract new patients and improve their satisfaction.

The marketing team at Baptist Health recognizes the importance of connecting patients to their network of hospitals, clinics, and providers. Baptist Health can enhance patient outcomes by meeting patients’ needs in terms of location and preferred communication channels. However, due to technical constraints, the old website offered a subpar user experience, making it necessary to modernize it.
